Noah B. Benton, Esq., CLPF

Noah joined the Lorenz Private Trustees team in June of 2016. Noah is an attorney and professional fiduciary in California with both estate planning and probate/trust litigation experience. Noah's asset experience includes residential and commercial real estate, investment accounts, fiduciary management of corporations, automobiles, commercial vehicles, off highway vehicles, vessels, motorhomes, firearms, and oil, gas, and other mineral rights.
Born in Augusta, Georgia, Noah has a strong sense of family and community. After his father retired from the U.S. Army in 2000, Noah and his family moved to New Hampshire. Noah attended the University of New Hampshire where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Computer Information Technology. Pursuing his love of politics and law, Noah entered law school at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where he quickly discovered his passion for estate planning. After graduating from Florida Coastal in 2013 with Pro Bono Honors, Noah and his wife moved to beautiful Temecula, California. In September of 2019, Noah and his family returned to the Seacoast area of New Hampshire to expand our company's services.
Noah previously served as the Chairman of the Temecula Estate Planning Group Network. He believes that proper estate planning is a key component to one’s financial well-being, family harmony, and personal happiness. Noah understands the complexities of the judicial system and the benefit of having a team of professionals, including a private professional trustee and executor, to implement the terms of your estate plan.
